I had an internship with chevron last yr. No one was offered a job and they havent hired at that refinery since. My HO said he sould hire me on the spot if he could and my crew thought i was a great fit. Because yes you need to know your SH%$ but you also need to be able to work with a team and be personable. So best of luck

I had an internship at a company. Before I graduated I made sure I had employment elsewhere in case they didn't hire me. WEll they didn't but I had 2 good jobs lined up.
