I recently passed my level 4a Process Operating exam and am scheduled to write my 4b next month. I'm hoping to get into the plants in Sarnia without any Operating experience or education. I do have a unrelated University Bachelor degree which I hope to use to show that I have the ability to learn. I was wondering if anyone had any advice in how I should go about getting a job once I pass my 4b. I've been looking for job postings and they all either ask for prior experience or a CPET education, of which I have neither, but I have heard of people getting in with my background. Any advice would be very helpful.
