difference between A,B,C operators

Does anyone know about the difference between A,B,C operators Saw a couple of job ads looking for those type of operators and also how they relate to a PTEC degree.

Usually a C operator would be someone that is a new hire, a B operator is someone that is technically proficient and qualified in one or more areas of responsability within a Unit, and an A operator is usually the console operator for that unit. Hope this helps.
