Do some companies pay a lot more for this position than others? What does a top earner make in this field? What skills should you learn to increase your salary? |

In Saskatchewan right now I'd think you would start around $25 - 27/hr |

How does pay typically progress, through the years. In other words, if I make $82K my first year, how much can one expect their pay to increase by the time they have been there for five years? Is there a top-out wage, or do wages continue to increase, with each year of longevity? Thanks |
