I am changing careers and want to get into producing. It looks like I must start as a PA but I don't know the tricks of getting a PA job. Can anyone help me out?

I don't know of too many sites, but try film.org. It's Philadelphia's Film Office. They sometimes have posts up there.

They just added a Crew section on www.productioncritic.com which allows you to be found by hundreds of companies and the best part is that it's free to publish yourself, but I recommend you upgrade to a premium listing for better exposure...it is only $20/yr and get to express yourself to potential employers.
