Production Supervisor (3rd Shift) in Elkhart, IN

My name is Ross with QCI and the reason for my post here is I am in need of help to find a Production Supervisor (3rd shift) that would be located in the Elkhart, IN area.

General Overview

* Located in North Central Indiana: a very low cost of living location that affords you the option of city life or the small town experience just a few miles north of Indiana's lakes region.
* Our client has been in business for almost 100 years, has very unique products that have applications in many diverse industries, and is growing steadily.
* Our client is very profitable with a solid market niche. Over the last year they have been making upgrades to the management team, improving their engineering and manufacturing processes.
* We have made several placements with this company over the last year with positive feedback from the candidates we placed. This company is already doing well and planning on doing better.
* The local plant employees around 65 people (50% blue collar, 50% white)

Position Overview
* Join a new plant manager as he builds his team and moves this facility forward. You will be responsible for supervising a small non-union staff on third shift
* 45 - 50 hours a week.
* Small manufacturing plant, division of a larger, international firm.

Is this you:
* You have experience with World Class Manufacturing (could be automotive, medical, whatever). The companies you have worked for are solid, accomplished.
* You are good with both the hard and soft skills (coaching, developing)
* You are happy on third shift (there are no plans to move you off of 3rd anytime soon)
* You currently live in North Central, IN
* You have experience with Lean Manufacturing
* Able to stand alone (you will be the only "management" in the plant on 3rd shift).

Required Experience and Skills
* Previous experience managing in a world class manufacturing facility
* Degreed BS/BA
* Open to working 3rd shift
