I just want all of you to be aware that Eli Lilly FDE jobs are a scam!!!!!!!! I interviewed in the middle of June and they told me after I went thru the entire process they have that they would call back in 3-5 weeks. Well low and behold they called back 4 MONTHS later. What kinda company does this. They tell you after your fixed duration that they will roll you over into another department and make you a "Permanent" full time Lilly associate....only to be let go and jobless. It is a scam and they are liars.....Don't fall for it. Nobody in the past 4 years has been rolled over to full time. Eli Lilly has a hiring freeze going on and to accomodate their schedules the use the term Fixed Duration Employment so they can get by on their schedules.
