Hello,

I work at a growing Technology Hardware manufacturer in sales and have found myself being more involved in Program Management than sales. It has now become 100% of my job focus. I am hoping to create the position at my company and am in the process of writing my JDTR job description.

Can you please tell me what are some responsibilities of a program manager?

Currently I manage these various programs:
Product Lifecycles
Product Pricing & Solution Configurator
Designing our systems to be more informative and efficient
Developing Quality Procedures
Redefining Current Processes for improvement such as Credit Evaluation, RMA procedures, Technical Support etc.
And much more.

And help is appreciated!!
