I was wondering how I go about finding a job as a program manager (working in a creative dept., for a graphics firm or something like this). I will be graduating fairly soon and want to have some idea of where to look. I have a few friends in the industry that say my qualifications should be perfect for that position and I may have to tell the company I'm willing to take a lot less to hire in, but I'd dedicated to it. I just have to start somewhere!
Any ideas?
