I can tell you that the salary of any position in a nonprofit is completely dependant on the total assets of the company. In the nonprofit world, when we refer to the size of a foundation, we're not talking about the number of people in the office, but the assets, and some nonprofits with 50 people have far less assets then, say, a private family foundation with only 3 staffers. The salary is typically in line with the assets, so look up the foundations most recent 990's on Guidestar.org. Also, google around for salary surveys in the industry. There are a lot out there, and they always separate the salaries for various positions based on company asset size. Good luck!
