What is the best training for becoming a hirable project coordinator? What types of ongoing training or certifications are necessary to be an effective project coordinator? What do non-traditional career paths look like? |

I would highly recommend completing the CAPM which is Certified Associate in Project Management. It is a global accredication recognised all around the world and makes you a member with the Project Managment Institute (PMI). This is a highly recognisable accreditation and is the step before PMP _ Project Management Professional. I would highly recommend they also do a MS project course as this is used to run project plans in most companies. Take initiative and develop yourself personnally. This is the non traditional career path you should take like I have. Take all the advice you get and continue to learn each day. Take many notes. |
