what does a project coordinator do

o Provide ad-hoc and on-going management information, presentations and reporting for programme governance purposes (e.g. resource availability and allocation, projects actual costs against budget, resource head count, issue & action tracking, risk tracking etc.)
o Prepare multi-project progress reporting (e.g. milestones, deliverables, slippages)
o Maintain programme/project databases
 Methodology:
o Assist with the implementation of the RA project management methodology
o Provision of planning, scheduling and tracking support to Project Managers;
o Coordinate and actively participate in all project phases

o Proactively coordinate projects and acting as central point of contact for the project teams
o Keep up to date the all logs i.e change contro, risks , issues
