Can one project manage using only powerpoint presentations and spreadsheets? I had a project where I got horribly burnt cause I did not follow the project management basics? My boss reckons the most senior project manager woudl have run the project like a charm while I cocked everything up...Any advise on how I shoudl have approcahed and whether I was setup to fail?
