I am relatively new in PM and would like to work in the international field of PM. I'm in the gas compression industry and work for a major compression company for 3 years and have a BBA in Business and Management. What steps do I need to take to achieve this goal?

I just graduated with a Master degree in PM and would like to work in the international field of PM. I have 15 years experience in the telecommunications industry as a network engineer. What company in the middle east or Africa do I need to look? any adice will be appreciated.
