Job Boarders that cut and Paste!!!!

I have noticed in my job search that, some boarders will cut and paste then list as if it is valid. When you fill in the application or apply on line it is sent to the recruiter or the message boarder. Recently I confirmed that a new posting appearing to be from an employer. When I did a background research, the company indicated that they had not listed the posting and had in fact filled the position. This tactic is being used to collect resumes and sell to the business or as an advantage to get their foot in the door as a recruiter. I am in no way disrespecting a recruiter.. in fact, my best job ever was placed by a wonderful recruiter. I am only stating that they should in fact list that they are in persuit of your resume for the purpose of placement. Its hard enough to find a job without all the jockying for position at your expense...
