I'm finding it difficult to locate suitable applicants on my own. Is there an easier way to locate, interview and with any luck find the right person for the job without having to pay thousands of dollars to a head hunting agency? |

Yes, post the position in your local paper. You have to be the one to qualify them. You know what you want and need so you be the judge. |

Impress him/her with your sales, communication ability and hand over your current resume. On your resume stress your accomplishments in sales, problem resolution for customers. This is best way toget foot in door if you can land a leasing positon. Work up from that. |

Try to get someones name.It seems like anymore you have to know someone or have someone refer you! I have found talking to different managers on the phone....to see if their company is hiring is very helpful in that aspect. If they srike up a conversation they will tell you to use their name and give you a better phone number to reach the right person.. GOOD LUCK!!!!!! |
