How helpful are professional designation such as CMCA, AMS, PCAM?

The cost of obtaining and maintaining these designation is substantial. Are they worth it? Any advantages in a designation if you are jobhunting? How about membership in CAI? Any input is greatly appreciated.

Your CMCA is the same as your cam as the same group sold the test to the state of Florida, Not really I do not have any of these and I get reasonable offers when seeking
