What do you enjoy most about being a Proposal Coordinator? What do you dislike the most? Is it challenging? Are there many opportunities to learn and advance?

The aspect that makes me wants to get up in the morning is the fact that in coordinating proposals you are fashioning the way your firm is viewed, how your firm does business, and not only visual, but intellectual aspects of the firm. Proposals are not only business plans and overviews and pie charts, but an insider's marketing tool. The fact that I can have my hand in that work and style in shaping the way the company is viewed gives a greater purpose to the work and the position.
