Jobs within this profession are certainly growing. Problem is, in Canada they don't quite understand what the role is and often times confuse it with Project Management. While project management is a critical component, it is not the only component. A gifted proposal or bid manager should also be able to craft compelling or persuasive arguments in support of the solution positioned, along with rapport development with the intended client.
