The position is at a non-profit Childrens Mental Health Agency that provides a wide range of preventative and specialized treatment services to children and their families. Ages range from the earliest stages of development (early head start) through adolescence. They are looking for a full-time child psychiatrist to work in outpatient clincs and do day treatments in Beacon, Poughkeepsie, and Red Hook, NY. Responsibilities will include: performing psychiatric evaluations, managing medication, and working with a dedicated and highly qualified team to plan and provide individualized treatment plans. It will be about 35 hours a week, from Monday to Friday. You must have experience with children.
