Why are some of the intake personal so impatiention?

The most comment I have heard people complain is why are some of the staff so inhunman of what has happen to them and of the rudeness they express to the victim.
My explantation is the staff might be tired from the stress that they can not help all fast enough, or that they are tired from working long hours.

What is your explantation?
