Your most effective training is a cross functional educational process including supply chain management classes, sourcing and negotiations training, and everyday project management experience. The most attractive certificates that employers are looking for are the CPM, SPSM, and CPIM. However, a formal education tops all else, when it comes to goal setting, determination, and ability/ smarts.
