Hello,

I am looking for QA position in Fairfield county , CT and NYC for the past 4 months. I get calls from recruiters, direct employees at-least 2-3 calls a week and go to the interview every week but i am not getting offer. I have attended 20+ interviews so far in CT and in Manhattan for QA. I perform more in manual QA inspire i get calls and i have attended interviews. But they are no selecting me finally :( I dont know the reason. Where is the lag? do i need to improve my skills. or is it the competition in market? Some say that i will get soon as i am getting more interview calls. But some say its tough. I am helpless. Do I need to switch to dev. As time passes its frustrating a lot. Please give me some help and ideas.
