How did you get your start doing quality analyst work, and what career moves did you make to get to your current position?

Auto plant closed, worked 12 years at this plant, have 5 years military, almost all overseas. Last job title was Quality Analyst . Free to move anywhere.

I moved in as afresher after MBA to an organization. While working as a Management Trainee, I was given Quality Analysis task. I dont think any specific education is required to start of but to climb up some certification courses are good.
