I was blessed with the opportunity to combine my education in environmental sciences and the love for Natural Gas Pipeline construction.I was fortunate enough to advance from a field inspector to Chief Environmental Inspection Supervisor over all new construction covering 4 states. I was assigned to Corporate Headquarters and assisted in permitting future projects as well as maintaining environmental compliance on construction in progress.Bottom line is that, I made a fatal mistake (that has been corrected for 6 years now)that resulted in my termination (and justifiably so). I let my peers and family down far more than words can ever explain. Before this horrific accident we, as a team, sucessfully endured over 130 FERC Regulatory Inspections without any threat of enforcement actions.I pray that 6 years of purgatory is payment enough for my mistakes. I wish I could have the opportunity to prove myself once again and restore my familys' name high up on list of true legends and pioneers in natural gas pipeline evolution.
