I have found it difficult to find a strong, knowledgeable, experienced Quality Engineer in the field of electronics design, manufacturing and test. One for this position shall have a degree in Electronics Engineering / Technology and a degree in Industrial Engineering. A great background in the Aerospace & Defense Industries is a huge plus with a great understanding and knowledgeable in MIL-STANDARDS and/or Specs along with NASA certifications. To find these skills in the Western New York region is not an easy task besides not many people with these backgrounds even consider moving to the area.
