1. Thorough knowledge of customers quality requirements.
2.Ability to drive and maintain a quality program.
3.Ability to interface with buyers, suppliers and internal workforce to provide quality products on time at reasonable costs.

adapt to any process (understand manufacturability), be able to turn on/off internal/external liason switch, strong treading skills (to keep your head above water)
