I have only seen ramp agents for p/t only, up to 30 hours a week. I am an aviaton professional, 22 years as a loadmaster in the Navy and 4 years corporate jet ramp manager. I would like to get into the airline industry. What route should I take to get a full time position? And if I accept p/t will that lead to f/t?
