For a personal opinion, I'm a lead for a contract company and make around what a new person would make starting out at an airline. Even if I was making more, I'd still take a pay cut to work for an airline. If you plan on making this into a career, your best bet is to work for an airline.

thank that is true.. i went on the interview yesterday the say the would call me to let me know by friday..
