I own a painting company... I work with RE Agents to paint clients' houses. I offer a pay-after-closing deal where the client doesnt pay until after the house sells.

My question is whether I Can offer a commission to RE Agents to get their clients' houses painted? the fee isnt listed on the HUD-1. How would i go about approaching RE agents to let them know i am offering a commission now?

any insight is appreciated.
