I am just starting my career in real estate, and was wanting to know if anyone has a preference of working for a larger broker ie. Coldwell or Century 21, or working for a smaller independent broker.

Let me ask you a question Stone Mountain, Georgia. What is the hardest part about being an agent? Maybe most frustrating? I have been kicking this idea of becoming one. Thank you.

With the right training and support, you can succeed in any area. Please fill out the form at www.kwrealtycareers.com/licensed.html and we can discuss your options. I don't want to get my phone number spammed. I look forward to speaking with you.

PS Your city changed to Victoria. Is that where you are now? I was born and raised there and my family still lives there. :)

Yes we have been here for a little over a year and a half. My wife's job brought us here but we knew it was for only 2 years. August is when I am heading back to Autin. I am going to go fill out the information on the site, I am also kind of in the same boat where I do not want to be getting 10 phone calls a day trying to recruit me.

Brent,
I went ahead and filled out the form and put your name down as a person that got me interested in obtaining information. Thanks for the help.

I am starting out as a real estate agent in Southern California. I would appreciate any advice on a good starting ground for me to advance me in the real estate business. Can anybody offer up suggestions on some companies to target for a newcomer sales associate? I am looking at Culver City, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, West Hollywood, and Cheviot Hills locations. Any advice anybody can give me I would greatly appreciate
