Hi,

I have my California real estate license, and I failed to take the follow up courses and keep my license current and it has been suspended.

Can anyone tell me the specific steps necessary to bring it current?

I read through the California DRE website and I haven't found the specific steps necessary to take.

I am wondering if there is anyone that could tell me the specific forms, courses and whatnot I need to get a jump on it tonight rather than wait on hold in the DRE telephone cue for half my morning tomorrow.

All you have to do is take the class mail the certificates showing you took the required classes. Usually there is not a long hold time with the Department of Real Estate in California. Call them and the will give you answers to your questions.
