How does one get LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program) certified?

I am a licensed Real Estate Agent. I have been licensed for 5 years. I also have my Notary Public License. I would like to pursue a career with a Growing Residential Property Management Company. However a lot of companies are requiring candidate to be LIHTC certified? I would like to become certified if one tells me how to go about doing so. Thank you!
