Do you have any tips to help prepare for an upcoming real estate analyst interview?

Are there common interview questions that come up again and again?

you find it in school.

If you are really sold on the idea, though, you can take Excel at a local community college. If you do this, go for the courses that offer certification in Microsoft Excel. Go straight for the Master Certification and people will understand what you know since you are certified.

Other than that, you are about 3 years of reading and research away from this job. Plus networking. Start getting to know people, that'll cut down your learning time significantly... Get going, you're behind!

MSN Money is a good source to find where the 10yr note is. Also just search Fannie and Freddie and you will find more than enough sources of information as to that situation.
