Do some companies pay a lot more for this position than others? What does a top earner make in this field? What skills should you learn to increase your salary? |

I graduated class of '07, I took a job with a developer, and I'm making 50K a year base salary with a 10% bonus. I was at the top of my class, and the average for those going into real estate from my university was 45K per year (not all of them necessarily accepted analyst positions). Skills: Learn how real estate financing works on the debt side (construction and permanent loans) and learn how it works on the equity side. After that, learn how to put these skills to use in excel and learn argus. |
