1) You must be detail oriented
2) You must be confident and agressive
3) You must be able to follow instruction verbatem and keep your mind and area organized.
4) You must be comfortable with multitasking and hitting deadlines
These are a few of the tips i have learned after 15+ years in the position

Point 2: To be confident is fine, but I don't think you must be aggressive. You can put it like this: Confident and strick.
