I am a 55 year old who has been very dependable/honest worker who wants it bad. But not getting anywhere. I have put in so many resumes with no response back. I feel like my resumes are just sitting in limbo and it is just a waste of my time.I am new to the field because of the economy I went back to school. I was a retail floor manager who made a big change, If I have to I will volunteer for a while to get out there.Please Help.
