A growing Information Technology Consulting and Development company is looking for experienced or junior level Technical Recruiter with enthusiasm to learn, grasp things fast and with good team player attitude.

This is an excellent opportunity for the recent fresh graduates with the self driven nature and determination to grow in Career.

The candiate should have excellent communication and people skills. Main responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and the placement of highly specialized IT consultants. Other duties include lead generation & building lasting client relationships.

Work from the comfort of your home office as a 1099 independent contractor. Currently, this is a commission-only position and has the potential of paying at least $100,000/yr total compensation based on you hitting your goals.

MARKETING OF YOUR BENCH CONSULTANTS: The Client gives us a list of CONSULTANTS/CONTRACTORS who are on their payroll and we find projects for them or rather place them on Projects, however because of the current market situation our success rate in this area has come down drastically or at least it is not as good as what it was a few months ago, so I wouldn’t recommend that at the moment, not until the market picks up, the existing Clients that we have are still with us as they have been with us since a long time.

END TO END RECRUITING: This is self explanatory, we do the sourcing and screening as well and we use our own JOB BOARDS, DATABASE and PASSIVE SOURCES for this.

SUNSET SOURCING: I have a Team of GOOGLE CERTIFIED EXPERTS in this Team who report to work in the Morning (Indian Time) when the US is fast asleep and start sourcing Resumes for the JOB ORDERS given to them by the Recruiters onsite (i.e. US) before they leave for the day, this has a couple of dist
