Do some companies pay a lot more for this position than others? What does a top earner make in this field? What skills should you learn to increase your salary? |

I have been a recruiting manager for the past 3 years and have made on average 125,000/yr. The only way to make more money in this field is to bust your butt everyday! |

What kind of qualifications do you need to become a recruiting manager? Is this a job that can be done from home? Thanks! |

If corporations want a good Recruiting Manager they will pay them a salary plus commission and override on their staff. In 2009 my W-2 was $133K; having said that a CORPORATE Recruiting Manager has very different job than an "agency" Recruiting Manager. We are often responsible for budgets in excess of $2M per year, writing all revisions of Recruitment Policies/Procedures and annual reporting of Affirmative Action just to name a few responsibilities as well as SOX compliance, employee relations incentive plans. |
