Being good with MS Office is a biggie. Being able to create and manipulate Excel sheets is an every day part of my job. But it also involves a lot of follow up and frequent updates from all parties. You want to take initiative, keep all parties updated of changes, have good listening and follow up skills, have the ability to multi task, be adaptable to changes, and have a professional demeanor when dealing with PRoject Managers and upper management. You're not doing your job if you're not being a pest to whoever is conducting interviews has not provided you with feedback. There are also deadlines involved with running reports and providing status updates after the interviews have happened. |
