Pay for these positions should be and usually is, related to the dollar amount of business you manage, the number of people reporting to you and the number of brick and mortar facilities you are responsible for etc. Skills for advancement: Process Improvement, Change Management, Facilitation and presentation, employee and labor relations, budgeting and forecasting, Proficient in EXCEL, PPT and Word. Strong financial Acumen.
