Do you have any tips to help prepare for an upcoming Regional Human Resources Manager interview?

Are there common interview questions that come up again and again?

As a Senior Regional HR Manager, the most often posed question was: are you able and willing, to put in the amount of travel required?

I traveled eachweek, overnight and extended weekends, during mergers and acquisitions/acclimations of acquired employees. Make certain the time away from home, is okay.

As a VP-level Employee Relations Field Consultant for the now-defunct Washington Mutual, I was responsible for HR in CA, OR and WA. One of the questions we were asked when interviewing (there were 11 of us nationally) was "Could you eat at fast food and other restaurants several times a week?" We called it "The McDonald's question."
