As a recruiter, I have placed many RM throughout the years. Salary can range from $70K - 200K depending on size, volume and location. Most get a company car, lap top and cell phone. To increase your value (for any job): a degree is a big plus, longevity in positions, ability to show you made changes/improvements in your regions and marketing yoursel properly.
