Responsible for timely accurate patient registration. Interviews patient for all pertinent account information ,verifies insurance coverage .Duties include but not limited to interview patient at work station or at the bedside to obtain all necessary account information .Utilizing carts / computer on wheels . Ensure charts are completed and accurate .Verify insurance and obtain updated accurate information.Be understanding ,be polite , and reasonable .
