Different Chanllenges with the Resevation Agent people traveling across the united states and country.

My dislike are when i really have to listen and understand what the customer is saying to me.

It is diffently a chanlleng when you have to really pay attention to the customer.

Theres always opportunities to learn and advance in your career there is never were it is too much to learn.

I Roslyn comes to work as scheduled every day and on time and being productive resevation agent.
