Besides: Comunication Skills, Organizational skills and administrative skiils, a residential managers should have. the following character traits as a leader. Integrity, courage and decivesiness skills. Must have thorough knowlegde of building operational system . Must be able to carry out the art of leadership. How to work with his fellow employees for whom he is in charge of. Set the example for his employees to follow. Not to many Residential managers recommended for the residential managers jobs from the Irish superintendent association have or meet these qualifications as I have discovered. I work for one that does not meet any of these skills.
