What do you enjoy most about being a restaurant general manager? What do you dislike the most? Is it challenging? Are there many opportunities to learn and advance?

Like the most?- The days are like snowflakes...no 2 are alike! I enjoy the fast pace, the socially dynamic environment and most importantly working in a beautifully designed place with exceptional food

dislike the most?- The constant battle of trying to get everyone (managers included) to buy in to the concept of managing all the fine details of the business every day and having the same expectations as I do when it comes to guest service

Challenging?- Absolutely!! in a good way

Opportunities for advancement?- Probably more than any other restaurant company out there

What keeps me at my job?- All the things I mentioned above about what I like the most as well as knowing I work for a great family-oriented company that cares about me as an individual both professionally and personally...can't beat that
