Hello, and thank for reading.
I speak Spanish, have a degree(unrelated to management), have professional experience but not managerial (education) since college, and have been working as a McManager for about a month.

I'm wondering what my likelihood of being hired as a salaried manager would be, and how many months or years of experience are typical before one can be certified?

Thanks to any and all replies, because its hard to be a career changer!

You should apply for all of the Manager in Training programs that you can. If you can't get in that way, then start at the bottom as a server or a hostess and work your way up. If you are vocal about wanting to move up, work hard, get management to like you, and make really good suggestions... You will probably move up in 1 to 3 years. It helps to dress the part. Good luck!
