wow a phone number! The best thing to do is first see if you can get some experience as either a DRA or a server. Just apply! don't do school or any of that NONSENSE. I capitalize because it is true. It would waste your time and money. Experience is what matters. I'm a server that's done this for 15 years now. You're best bet is to work your way up from DRA or foodrunner if you can't get a job as a server directly.
