I used to work at Dillards. I loved it. The pay was cool, 9 an hour starting. The only thing I did not like was the quota. If associates dont make the quota, associates pay gets knocked down.

After it gets knocked down below minimum wage, associates are fired.

I learned sales, customer service, fashion displays, and good discounts!!!!!!!!!

There opportunities to advance at Dillards to management.
